Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Curfew Pro. If it isn't the right fit, we offer a straightforward refund.

14-day refunds

You can request a full refund within 14 days of your Curfew Pro purchase, for any reason. Just email hello@hypertext.studio from the address you used at checkout, or include your order number from the Stripe receipt. We'll process it promptly.

How refunds are issued

Curfew Pro is sold through Stripe as the merchant of record, so refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe. It can take a few business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

About your license key

Curfew Pro license keys are perpetual and verified offline. Because they are not remotely revocable, a refunded key may technically continue to unlock Pro on your machines. Requesting a refund is your agreement to stop using Curfew Pro and to delete your license key. We trust you to honor that.

After 14 days

Beyond the 14-day window we generally can't offer refunds, but if something has gone wrong, reach out anyway — hello@hypertext.studio — and we'll do our best to make it right.
